Preconex N.V. sells its activities to Preconex SP N.V
Rotterdam, February 9, 2009Between the Executive Boards of Preconex N.V. and Preconex SP N.V. an agreement has been reached concerning the sale of the activities from Preconex N.V. to Preconex SP N.V.
Royal Schouten Group N.V. has taken a majority interest in Preconex SP N.V.
Preconex SP N.V. will further expand production and sales of concentrates and premixes for the animal food industry.
For Royal Schouten Group this participation is a significant strengthening of its trade and logistical possibilities outside the EU as a supplier of agricultural raw materials.
Mr. Filip Thyssen (shareholder) has been appointed general manager of Preconex SP N.V.
